• Parking – no not park in front of the RSA building. Please utilize the gravel lot. Do not park in the lane in front of the pool. This must be left open.

• Meets 4 home & 4 away – schedule on the website
  • We know it can be intimidating so please ask questions to a board member or seasoned parent
  • Bring chairs, towels, extra water, healthy snacks, sunscreen, suit, goggles & sharpies
  • Swimmers & volunteers must check in at arrival – side gate
  • All swimmers will swim at meets. Points or exhibition (free/back) so all can experience the meet
  • RSVP for meets on time so your swimmer is included in the meet. RSVP is done online through the website – coaches must have this to plan the race entries. If you know there are meets you can not attend please go ahead and decline then rsvp to those you know your swimmer will attend
  • Volunteer sign ups are on the website and critical for meets to run smooth. Please volunteer. Only those that paid to opt out will be excused from volunteering. Any position you do not understand or know what to do please ask a board member. We will gladly help you. Deck parents are crucial. If you have a 10 & under child please plan to help assist as a deck parent. Bull pen area by kiddie pool (NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN THE KIDDIE POOL DURING MEETS – THIS INCLUDES SWIMMERS AND SIBLINGS)
• No one but coaches and timers behind the blocks during meets and practice times  – Sharpies – Name & age on shoulder blade (this helps those getting swimmers ready so they are in the correct lane and get accurate times recorded. Events written on swimmers arm
• Concessions will be available at the meet. The team gets a percentage. 
• Dinner after meets - Home meets we eat at one of the local sponsors, away meets will be determined and emailed out the day of the meet along with the heat sheets.
• Heat sheet – emailed out the day of the meet – Please print before you arrive. We will not have extras

• City Meet – Friday/Saturday July 13-14 (fees are included in your registration so please plan to attend) Tons of fun as all CASL teams are represented. Top 16 individual and top 8 relays go back for finals in the evening.

• Senior Scholarships: Graduating seniors with 3 consecutive seasons with TW qualify. Any questions please speak with a board member
• End of the year banquet: Christ UMC July 24^th at 6:30

• Swim suits and equipment can be viewed and purchased through ADIDAS

• Swim caps – one provided if paid all fees. Additional caps can be purchased for $10/cap. ***Only our NEW official TWSA caps are to be worn at all meets, no other caps will be allowed. New CASL rule: Wearing other caps will get your child disqualified from the meet. We want to look like a TEAM. Last year caps for sale at $5 each and make great practice caps.We encourage swimmers to save the new cap for meets only. 

• TShirts must be purchased online and paid by Wednesdy may 23 by 8pm to be included in the order. Only those shirts paid for will be ordered. If you have already registered but did not purchase a shirt you can now order shirts through the SHOPPING link. Please do not go back through registration to add a shirt. This creates a duplicate swimmer in the system.
