Tidal Waves,

We travel to Dalton tomorrow to swim against the Dalton Dolphins. The pool is located at 904 Civic Dr, Dalton, GA

Plan to arrive by 5 pm for warm-ups. The meet will start at 6 pm. Travel time is approximately 45 minutes from our home pool.  Here are directions:

Take ramp onto I-75 S toward Chattanooga

Take exit 336 toward Dalton onto US-41/US-76 (Chattanooga Rd)

Continue on N Dalton Bypass (US-41/US-76)

Turn right onto Cleveland Hwy

Turn left onto Morningside Dr

Turn right onto Civic Dr

***We still need 1 timer and 3 deck parents for this meet. If you did not opt out of volunteering and can help please respond to this email or login and sign up. There will be a tent for the 8 and under and a tent for the 9-10 age group. Please have your swimmer in this area with their events marked on the arm and name on the back for the deck parents. Like the the Stuart Heights meet the 6U and 7-8 swimmers will swim from opposite end at the Dalton pool and will have a tent set up on that side (closest to the entrance), this is where all swimmers and volunteers need to check in upon arrival.

The 9-10 tent will be on the other side of the pool, closer to the deep end.  

*Please ask if you have any questions as to where your swimmer(s) need to be.  This is a big deck area and we will not have time to look for swimmers.  Please keep your swimmers on "our" side of the pool and in their assigned area. It is up to you to get your swimmers to the deck parents.  Thank you for everyone's cooperation and help getting our swimmers to the blocks in time for their events.  We can use all the help we can get with this task so even if you are not signed up to help, please help if and where you can.

Dinner after the meet will be at Five Guys Burgers & Fries at 1303 W Walnut Ave, Dalton, GA 30720.

Watch for an email with the heat sheets tomorrow so that you can print and bring them to the meet.
