It’s time to get started! Our first practices & parent meeting are scheduled for this afternoon.

First and foremost, it’s time to be sure to get your SwimTopia app installed, log in, and turn on app notifications. The alerts we send out via app notifications are our primary means of communicating urgent/late-breaking news.

As for today’s schedule, times and events are as follows:

• 3-4:30pm or 4:30-6pm (your choice): ages 13 & up
• 6-6:45pm: ages 8 & under
• 6:45-7:30pm: ages 9-12
• 6:00: Parent Meeting (around kiddie pool)

**All SETS year-round swimmers should keep your regular practice times this week.**

We’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather and communicating any changes via SwimTopia alerts and emails. We have the ability to hold practice under the dome in the case of rain, but lightning would force us to cancel. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we try to get things in while keeping everyone safe.

The Parent Meeting is a bit more weather-dependent than practice, as we won’t hold this in the case of rain. If practice is cancelled, the parent meeting will also be cancelled. In the case of rain with no lightning, we will cancel the parent meeting and set a rain-out date to get that in. However, we want to be sure new parents can get any urgent questions answered today, so some combination of Misty, Lisa, and Mechele will be in the pool office area during the 6pm hour to help point you in the right direction.
