Here's the plan for Ice Cream Social and Picture Night:

• We'll get started at 5:30 and go until 7:30.
• We're going to have three of our own Tidal Wave parents on hand to take individual and group photos: Misty McInnes, Kelley Weathers, and Kristi Strait. Thank you, ladies!
• We'll start at 5:30 with individual pictures of all our swimmers, then move to a team picture as soon as the individual pictures are done.
• Once finished with the team pic, we'll move on to ice cream and play time in the pool.
• During ice cream/play time, our photographers will be available to take shots of any small groups who would like to have pictures made (families, buddies, etc.). Just find one of the ladies mentioned above and they'd be happy to make you famous.
• Once we're done, we'll post photos to Flickr for you to download and use as you see fit.  We'll let you know when we've got everything ready to view.
• If you're signed up for one of the volunteer positions, we'll be in touch separately with the particulars.  
• We're going to open the north (visitor side) gate and the office for the event, but the main lot gate will be closed.  Feel free to camp out in the uphill grass or on the pool deck on the north side of the pool. During pictures, we ask everyone please stay off the pool deck on the office end and main parking lot side of the pool -- we want to keep these areas clear so we have a nice background for pics.
