• Heat Sheets: Fort O Time Trials Heat Sheet
• Location: The pool is located at 19 Van Cleve St, Fort Oglethorpe, GA 30742
• Times:
  • Meet starts at 6:15
  • Warm-ups are at 5:45
  • Pool access no earlier than 5:30
• Events: Tonight's events will not be divided up by age group. Rather, events will be seeded from slowest/no-time heats to fastest across all ages which compete in the event (e.g. the 25yd events will have only 10&unders, and the 100 freestyle will have only 11&up swimmers, but the 100IM and 50 freestyle will have all ages).
• 10&Unders:
  • It is always helpful to have your swimmers name and Event, Heat, and Lane marked on them, but it's critically important today in order to help this meet run smoothly
  • All 10 & Under swimmers will report to the Clerk of Course area near the diving well end of the pool (see picture below). This is the same arrangement followed during City Meet, so this will be good practice. Parents, you are responsible for getting your swimmer to the Clerk of Course and our deck parents will take it from there.
• Arrival and Set Up: Please set up tents in the area indicated in the graphic below. Access to the kiddie pool area is prohibited.

• Concessions: The pool will have concessions, including drinks, chips, candy, and Chick-fil-A sandwiches. There will also be a Kona Ice truck on site.
• Post-Meet: Please do what you can to help keep the pool area clean during the meet. Prior to departure, please throw away trash and put any chairs back where they were when you arrived.
