- Arrive no earlier than 4:00 (it's a public pool and needs to clear out)

- Location: The pool is located at 3218 Social Cir, Chattanooga, TN 37415
- Parking: The folks at Stuart Heights have had many complaints from their neighbors this year. They advise / request carpooling if at all possible to minimize the number of cars which need to be parked. Their primary parking areas are the small lot below the tennis courts or the church lot just to the south off of Paul Kern Ln. Please park as far out of the road as possible, do not double park, block driveways or mailboxes or pull into yards. If you park somewhere outside of those guidelines, you could be towed. - Check In: We will have check-in volunteers near the entrance to the pool. Be on the lookout for them and be sure to check in your swimmers and also yourself if you're volunteering.
- Setup: We'll be on the opposite side of the pool from the diving well - nearest the main entrance. We don't have a ton of space to spread out at Stuart Heights and we're bringing a lot of swimmers. We can sit beside the pool and on the roof of the poolhouse (as well as the tennis courts, as needed). We do the best we can, but thanks in advance for everyone making like one big family and squeezing in as best we can. Please consider others as you set up your space.
- Uniform: Be sure to wear only your Tidal Waves cap and a suit which doesn't have logos for a non-CASL team (No school suits with logos, no year-round team logos, etc.). We've seen a few instances of this and it needs to stop to avoid swimmers getting DQ'd!
- Concessions: Stuart Heights will have JT's Burger Box and Wally's Fro-Yo at the meet for food. The concession stand will be open as well.
