    We are in the homestretch of the summer swim season.

    We know your swimmer and family are tired... please push through the final weeks of the season. It is common to give in and think it would be better to give your swimmer a break from practice, it is NOT. Swimming is a unique sport and cannot be approached like many other sports and activities. When the swimmer is tired, they will be benefiting and achieving the MOST if they will just keep trying. This includes you as a parent to do your best to encourage them, show up to practice on time, and attend as many practices as possible

    If you feel it is necessary to skip practices, please if possible, do NOT spread out the attendance of practice. Attend practices in bunches, as many as possible in short periods. This approach will achieve the best result for your swimmer.

    Thanks for all your sacrifice and time. Looking for all of us to finish the season strong to provide your swimmer the best chance at a successful season.
