Tonight we swim against the Green Giants at the Signal Mountain pool.  This is an 8 lane pool, so all alternates in the breast, fly, and IM can swim with the points races.  Alternates in the free and back will be scheduled in the exhibition heats before the points race.

There are a few volunteer positions still open for the Signal Mountain meet.  Please volunteer if you are able, especially if you have not yet volunteered this year.  It requires everyone's help to make sure the meets run smoothly.
