The coaches are encouraging everyone that is swimming at City Meet to come to Wednesday and Thursday morning practice. There will be no Thursday evening practice. The coaches want the swimmers to get a good night's rest before the early start on Friday.

Tomorrow we swim against the Green Giants at the Signal Mnt pool. This is an 8 lane pool, so all alternates will swim with the point races.

Christina Margraves left her tidalwaves swim suit at the Fairyland meet. If anyone happened to pick it up please give it to a board member or coach so it can be returned to her. It is a size 8/24 and possibly left in the fitness center dressing room.
