Tomorrow we are back at home to host the Signal Mountain Green Giants. The meet will start at 5:30pm. Warm-ups will be at 4:30 pm.  Please try to get there earlier than that to "check in" at our check in table, but not before 4 pm when the pool closes…

We still have many swimmers that have not RSVP'd for Monday's meet. Please RSVP by tomorrow (Sunday) at noon if your swimmer is swimming. Below is the list of swimmer we still need an RSVP for. We are also still needing volunteers to help with the meet.

Believe it or not, we have to start thinking about City Meet entries already even though it seems that we just started our meet season.  The meet is July 10-11 (Fri & Sat) and will be held at the Fort Oglethorpe City Pool.

Attached are heat sheets by event and by swimmer for tonight's meet at Stuart Heights.  Remember all alternates in individual races will swim during the point races in the outside lane.  It is a great way to get a good time in different strokes.
