After evaluating our age breakdowns, Coach Todd has asked us to make a change to practice this week.  If you are 12 & under, we are asking that you come from 6:30 - 8 pm this week.  If you are 13 & up, please come from 4:30 - 6:30 pm.

Remember Tidal Waves summer swimmers can begin practicing tomorrow between 4:30-6:30 pm.  If you are also an OSC year round swimmer, you should come at your regularly scheduled practice this next week.
